Maxime Barbot
Forward Deployed Engineer
One problem. One solution.
simple
I get into a business, spot what is blocking and ship the tool that fixes it: an app, an internal system or an automation.
Real problems, shipped solutions
Three products I designed and launched alone. Each one started from a problem I had seen up close.
TennisPadelMatchup
Since 2024
The app that connects tennis and padel players, and makes life easier for clubs.
In Paris there were too many players for too few courts. In the countryside, courts everywhere and nobody to play with. I built the tool that brings players together, then a full toolkit for clubs: communication, tournaments, website, booking and shop.

Lokaa
Since 2025
Every event in your town, in one app.
Which match can I watch this weekend in my town? The answer was scattered between the town hall website, Facebook and Instagram. Lokaa gathers every local event in one place, fills itself automatically, and lets anyone publish.

BetClutch
Since 2025
Real-time scores, and an alert when the favourite is losing.
My most technical challenge: follow matches in real time, analyse scores, odds and statistics, and send an alert the moment a favourite falls behind. All of it in an interface that stays readable at a glance.
- Real time
- Data
- Alerts

What I bring to a team
01
Understand fast
I sit with the people who do the work, listen, and find what is slowing them down. I adapt quickly to a business I did not know the week before.
02
Improve the system
Processes, internal tools, data flows: I simplify what exists and automate what is still done by hand. It is not always a new app. Often it is a better system.
03
Design and user experience
Simple, clear, effective interfaces are my priority. A good tool is one nobody needs to explain.
04
Ship, end to end
Idea, design, development, release, follow-up. I carry the whole chain on my own, with AI as a daily tool to move faster.
